|Recommended: YesPrado Is A Great Student Living Facility — We had to cancel our lease at University Oaks when we tried to move our son in and found the unit with black mold everywhere, a filthy mattress with a roach trap on top, and just disgusting. The staff verified that it was uninhabitable and we cancelled our lease. VERY luckily, just across the road, we found space in Prado Student Living and for the exact same price, it was night and day. The lobby and facilities and the units are really terrific. So, so happy.
|Recommended: No3 Star Apartment — It’s not super great but the staff are friendly. My main issue comes with the quality with the apartment. To pay this much as a college student and the quality to be mediocre is frustrating to me. I like it enough here to renew a lease but not enough to recommend anyone to live here.

|Recommended: YesBest Property at UTSA — I lived in couple of students apartments here at utsa but Prado has to be my favorite so far. The staff are really helpful and understanding. Even though my initial leasing with this property was a subleasing, the apartment was super clean and ready to move in. I am just overall really happy with how this property operates and I will 100 recommend it.
